Bryan lives in Walnut, IL with his wife Andrea. Together, they have a full house with their blended family of seven children.

In 8th grade, Bryan read a book that sparked his interest in this profession. When he was only 15, he saved his lunch money his entire freshman year and bought his first dog out of Indiana. The man he bought his dog from took him hunting for the first time. After seeing Bryan work with the dog, he asked if Bryan would be interested in training his dogs – and he trained them from there on.

Bryan decided to start this business based on his passion for training gun dogs. Swift Rock Kennel was started in Rock Falls, IL and is now located at 302 Harmon Road in Walnut, IL. Bryan has been in business for over two decades successfully training all breeds of gun dogs. However, it is with the pointing breeds that Bryan has made his mark. Swift Rock dogs are used for NSTRA trials, walking trials, guided hunts and wild bird hunting. They also specialize in the raising of English Setters and the training of all pointing breeds.

Swift Rock Kennel has trained dogs from all over the United States. When it comes to purchasing a new dog for your passion and life…look no further! SRK has a wide variety of dogs to choose from. They have puppies, setters, pointers and many more to choose from. There are new facilities at Swift Rock Kennel, which include 40 kennels under the roof with automatic roll down walls, that allow for fresh air ventilation and enclosure during inclement weather. The facility is temperature controlled (heating/AC) and has a whelping room.
